UI/UX Design

UI/UX design services for web and mobile apps

Research-led interfaces for startups and product teams: easy to use on day one and easy for developers to build, from the first wireframe to a complete design system.

What is UI/UX design?

UI/UX design is the work of deciding how a product behaves (UX) and how it looks (UI). It covers user research, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and the final visual design, so people can reach their goal in your app or website quickly, without confusion, on any screen size.

What our UI/UX design service includes

  • User research. Interviews, analytics review and competitor audits to understand who uses the product and what they are trying to get done.
  • User flows and wireframes. The key journeys mapped end to end, then laid out as low-fidelity screens you can review before any visual polish.
  • Interactive prototypes. Clickable Figma prototypes tested with real users, so problems are found while they are still cheap to fix.
  • Interface design. Pixel-perfect screens for web, iOS and Android, including empty, error and loading states that are often forgotten.
  • Design systems. Reusable components, colour and type tokens, and usage notes that keep the product consistent as it grows.
  • Developer handoff. Annotated specs and a designer who stays on through the build, so what ships matches what was designed.

When should you invest in UI/UX design?

Invest in UI/UX design before development starts, when you are planning a new product or a major feature. It is also worth it when users drop off during sign-up, support tickets keep asking how things work, or your app looks different on every screen. Fixing a flow in Figma costs far less than rebuilding it in code.

How we run a UI/UX design project

  1. Discover. Workshops and research to agree goals, users and success measures.
  2. Map. User flows and wireframes for the journeys that matter most.
  3. Prototype and test. Clickable prototypes reviewed with real users and your team.
  4. Design. Final interface and a design system covering every state and screen size.
  5. Hand off and support. Specs for developers and design QA while the product is built.

UI/UX Design FAQs

What do I receive at the end of a UI/UX design project?

You receive the Figma files for every screen and state, an interactive prototype, a design system with reusable components, and developer specs. All files are yours, and we can stay on to support the developers who build it.

Can you redesign an app that is already live?

Yes. We start with a UX audit of the live product and its analytics, fix the flows that cause the most drop-off first, and roll changes out in stages so current users are not surprised by a complete overhaul overnight.

Do you test designs with real users?

Yes. We test clickable prototypes with people who match your audience before development starts, then adjust the flows based on what we see. Even five short sessions usually reveal the problems that matter most.

Will the designs work for both iOS and Android?

Yes. We design one product that respects each platform's conventions, such as navigation patterns and system controls, and document where the iOS and Android versions differ so developers do not have to guess.

Can your designers work with our in-house developers?

Yes. We hand off through Figma with annotated specs, join your sprint rituals if you like, and review builds against the designs. Many clients use us for design while their own team writes the code.

Do you design websites as well as apps?

Yes. We design marketing websites, web apps and dashboards as well as mobile apps, often for the same product so the website, sign-up flow and app feel like one consistent experience.
