Dedicated Teams

Dedicated development teams that work only on your product

Senior designers, engineers and QA who join your roadmap, your rituals and your tools, working hours that overlap with yours, direct communication and no account-manager layer in between.

What is a dedicated development team?

A dedicated development team is a group of designers, developers and QA engineers who work full time on your product only. Unlike a fixed-price project, the team follows your roadmap and priorities month to month, joins your tools and meetings, and can grow or shrink as your plans change.

A dedicated team of developers at work

What a dedicated team from PixelPerFact includes

  • A team shaped to your roadmap. Mobile, web, backend, design and QA specialists in the mix your product needs right now.
  • Senior people only. The people who scope the work are the people who design and build it, with no junior hand-offs.
  • A delivery lead. One person who keeps scope, budget and dates honest and flags risks early.
  • Your tools and rituals. We work inside your Slack, Jira, GitHub and stand-ups, or bring a setup if you have none.
  • Two-week sprints. Every sprint ends with a demo of working software you can test yourself.
  • Flexible scaling. Add or reduce people as the roadmap changes, without long lock-in contracts.

When is a dedicated team better than a fixed-price project?

A dedicated team is better when your product will keep evolving after launch, priorities change often, or you need extra capacity alongside an in-house team. A fixed-price project suits a clearly defined scope, such as an MVP, where requirements are unlikely to change much before release.

How we set up a dedicated team

  1. Consultation. A free call to understand the product, roadmap and the skills you need.
  2. Team plan. We propose the roles, seniority and start date, and agree how we will work.
  3. Onboarding. Access to your tools, code and documentation, and a first sprint goal.
  4. Sprints and demos. Two-week sprints with a demo, plus a monthly review of pace and priorities.
  5. Scale as needed. Add or reduce people as your roadmap changes, month to month.

Dedicated Teams FAQs

How quickly can a dedicated team start?

Most teams can start within one to two weeks of agreeing the roles and scope. Specialist roles can take a little longer to line up, and we tell you the realistic start date before you commit.

Who manages the dedicated team day to day?

You set the priorities and our delivery lead runs the day-to-day work: planning sprints, removing blockers and reporting progress. You can talk directly to every designer and developer on the team at any time.

Can we change the size of the team?

Yes. You can add or remove people as your roadmap changes. We agree a short notice period so changes are smooth for everyone, and there is no long lock-in contract.

Will the team work in our time zone?

We agree overlapping working hours with you during onboarding so stand-ups, reviews and urgent questions happen in real time. Most clients get several hours of shared working time every day.

Can a dedicated team work alongside our in-house developers?

Yes. Our team can join your existing engineering team, follow your code review and branching rules, and pair with your developers. Many clients use us to add capacity without hiring full time.

Who owns the code a dedicated team writes?

You do. Code lives in your repositories from the first commit, and once invoices are paid you own all source code, designs and accounts.
