MVP Development

MVP development that gets your idea in front of users fast

For founders: we cut the idea down to what proves it, design and build it properly, and put it in front of real users so you can decide what to build next with evidence.

What is MVP development?

MVP development means building a minimum viable product: the smallest version of your product that solves the core problem well enough for real users to adopt it. It lets you test demand, learn what users value and raise or invest further with evidence instead of guesses.

What our MVP development service includes

  • Scope workshop. We decide together what the MVP must prove and cut everything that does not help prove it.
  • Clickable prototype. A Figma prototype you can show users and investors before the build starts.
  • Design and build. A polished web or mobile app, built in two-week sprints with demos.
  • Analytics from day one. Tracking set up so you can see what users do, not just what they say.
  • Launch. App store and web release, plus the accounts and infrastructure in your name.
  • Next-step plan. A prioritised roadmap based on what the first users actually did.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Most MVPs launch in 8 to 12 weeks from the start of discovery. The first two weeks agree the scope and prototype, the build runs in two-week sprints with a demo each time, and the final weeks cover testing and release. Larger products are split into stages so users get value early.

How we build an MVP

  1. Scope. Agree the problem, the users and the one thing the MVP must prove.
  2. Prototype. A clickable prototype tested with a handful of real users.
  3. Build. Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each.
  4. Launch. Release to real users with analytics in place.
  5. Learn and iterate. Review what users did and plan the next release.

MVP Development FAQs

What should an MVP include?

An MVP should include only the features needed to solve the core problem for your first users, plus sign-up, basic onboarding and analytics. Everything else waits until real usage shows it is needed.

Is an MVP the same as a prototype?

No. A prototype is a clickable model used to test ideas before building. An MVP is real, working software that people can sign up for and use, so it can prove demand.

Can the MVP grow into the full product?

Yes. We build MVPs on a clean architecture with production-grade code, so later releases extend it rather than starting again from scratch.

Should my MVP be a web app or a mobile app?

Choose a web app when users mainly work at a desk or you need to reach people fastest, and a mobile app when the product is used on the go or needs phone features such as notifications or the camera.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes. We explain options in plain language, recommend the stack, set up the accounts in your name and stay available after launch, so you do not need a technical co-founder to get started.

Do you work on a fixed scope and budget for MVPs?

Yes. For an MVP we usually recommend a fixed scope and budget agreed after discovery, so you know what you will get and when before the build starts.
